株式会社 appful（以下「当社」）は、iOS アプリ「メイクアップアーティスト」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. アカウント登録は必要ありません

本アプリの利用に、アカウント登録やログインは必要ありません。当社は、本アプリを通じて利用者の氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所などの個人情報を取得しません。本アプリには、利用者の情報を当社のサーバーへ送る仕組みがありません。

2. 端末の中にだけ保存する情報

次の情報は、お使いの端末の中にだけ保存され、当社に送信されることはありません。

本アプリを削除すると、これらの情報も端末から削除され、当社が復元することはできません。なお、端末を iCloud などにバックアップしている場合は、これらの情報がそのバックアップに含まれることがあります。

3. 写真への保存とシェア

本アプリは、作ったメイクの絵を写真に保存するために、写真ライブラリへの「追加のみ」の許可を求めます。この許可では写真を読み取ることができず、本アプリが端末の写真を読み取ることはありません。

シェアの機能を使った場合、作ったメイクの絵は、利用者が選んだアプリや送り先に渡されます。当社に送られることはありません。

4. 設定ファイルの読み込み

本アプリは、起動時に 1 回、当社のウェブサイト（makeup.appful.tokyo）に置いた設定ファイル（version-gate.json）を読み込みます。読み込むのは、必要な最低のアプリのバージョンと、広告を表示するかどうかの設定だけです。

この通信で、本アプリが利用者の情報を送ることはありません。ただし、通常のウェブサイトへのアクセスと同じく、ウェブサイトの配信を委託している事業者（Vercel Inc.）のサーバーに、IP アドレスや日時などのアクセスの記録が残ることがあります。

5. 広告（Google AdMob）

本アプリは、無料で遊べるようにするため、Google LLC が提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用して広告を表示します。「広告をなくす」を購入した場合、広告は表示されません。

広告の表示に伴い、Google は次の情報を自ら取得し、広告の配信、効果の測定、不正の防止、およびサードパーティの広告のために利用することがあります。

これらの情報は、Google のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。当社がこれらの情報を受け取って、利用者を特定することはありません。

本アプリで表示する広告は、すべての年齢向け（G）の内容に限るよう設定しています。また、広告の効果の測定のために、Apple の SKAdNetwork を利用します。

6. トラッキングの許可（ATT）

本アプリは、iOS の App Tracking Transparency の仕組みに基づき、起動時にトラッキングの許可を求める Apple の画面を表示します（「広告をなくす」を購入済みの場合は表示しません）。許可された場合に限り、広告の識別子（IDFA）を使って、利用者に合わせた広告が表示されます。

許可しない場合、広告の識別子（IDFA）は使われません。その場合も、本アプリのすべての遊びをこれまでどおり利用できます。トラッキングの許可は、iOS の「設定」＞「プライバシーとセキュリティ」＞「トラッキング」から、いつでも変更・停止できます。

欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国・スイスにお住まいの方には、トラッキングの許可の前に、Google の同意の画面で、広告のための情報の利用への同意をお聞きします。同意の内容は、本アプリのショップの「広告の同意の設定」から、いつでも変更できます。

7. 購入（App Store）

「広告をなくす」の購入と決済は、Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。決済は Apple が行い、当社がクレジットカードなどの支払いの情報を受け取ることはありません。

本アプリは、Apple の StoreKit が検証した取引の情報（どの商品を購入したか、購入が取り消されたかどうか）だけを端末の中で確かめ、「広告をなくす」を持っているかを決めます。

8. 本アプリが利用しない情報・機能

本アプリが iOS の許可を求めるのは、前記の写真への「追加のみ」と、トラッキングの許可だけです。本アプリは、次の情報・機能を利用しません。

また、本アプリには、利用者どうしが投稿・交流する機能はありません。当社が利用状況を分析するためのツール（アクセス解析など）も組み込んでいません。

9. お子さまの利用について（保護者の方へ）

本アプリは、小学生を含む幅広い年齢の方に遊んでいただくことを想定しています。広告はすべての年齢向け（G）の内容に限るよう設定していますが、広告そのものは Google が配信します。

トラッキングの許可（ATT）と「広告をなくす」の購入は、保護者の方とご一緒に決めてください。iPhone の「ファミリー共有」の「承認と購入のリクエスト」を使うと、お子さまの購入に保護者の方の承認が必要になります。

10. 第三者への提供

当社が、利用者の個人情報を第三者に提供・販売・貸与することはありません。広告に伴う情報の取得・利用は、前記のとおり Google が自ら行うものです。

11. 国外への移転

前記の Google LLC と Vercel Inc. は米国に所在します。各社が取得する情報は、日本国外へ移転され、各社のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われることがあります。

12. ポリシーの変更

当社は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更した場合は、本ページに変更後の内容と最終更新日を掲載します。

Makeup Artist Privacy Policy

appful Inc. ("we", "us") provides this privacy policy for the iOS app "メイクアップアーティスト" (Makeup Artist; the "App"). The Japanese version above prevails.

1. No account is required

No account or sign-in is required to use the App. We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or postal address through the App, and the App has no mechanism for sending your information to our servers.

2. Information kept only on your device

The following information is stored only on your device and is never sent to us:

If you delete the App, this information is deleted from your device and we cannot restore it. If you back up your device to iCloud or elsewhere, this information may be included in that backup.

3. Saving to Photos and sharing

To save pictures of your makeup to Photos, the App asks for "Add Photos Only" access. This access does not allow reading your photos, and the App never reads the photos on your device.

When you use the share feature, the picture is handed to the app or recipient you choose. It is never sent to us.

4. Loading a settings file

Once at launch, the App loads a settings file (version-gate.json) from our website (makeup.appful.tokyo). It contains only the minimum required app version and whether ads should be shown.

The App sends none of your information in this request. However, as with any website visit, the servers of our website hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) may record access logs such as your IP address and the time of access.

5. Advertising (Google AdMob)

To keep the App free, we show ads using Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC. If you buy "Remove Ads", no ads are shown.

When ads are shown, Google may itself collect the following information and use it to deliver ads, measure their performance, prevent fraud, and for third-party advertising:

This information is handled under Google's privacy policy. We do not receive it or use it to identify you.

Ads in the App are limited to content suitable for all ages (G). We also use Apple's SKAdNetwork to measure ad performance.

6. Permission to track (ATT)

Under iOS App Tracking Transparency, the App shows Apple's prompt asking for permission to track at launch (not shown if you have bought "Remove Ads"). Only if you allow it is the advertising identifier (IDFA) used to show ads tailored to you.

If you do not allow it, the IDFA is not used, and you can still enjoy everything in the App. You can change or stop permission at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App asks for your consent to the use of your information for ads on Google's consent screen before asking permission to track. You can change your choices at any time from "Ad consent settings" (広告の同意の設定) in the App's shop.

7. Purchases (App Store)

"Remove Ads" is purchased and paid for through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment, and we never receive payment information such as credit card details.

The App checks on your device only the transaction information verified by Apple's StoreKit (which product was bought and whether the purchase was revoked) to decide whether you own "Remove Ads".

8. Information and features the App does not use

The only iOS permissions the App asks for are "Add Photos Only" and permission to track, described above. The App does not use:

The App has no features for users to post or interact with each other, and it contains no analytics tools of our own.

9. Children (for parents and guardians)

The App is designed to be enjoyed by a wide range of ages, including elementary school children. Ads are limited to content suitable for all ages (G), but the ads themselves are delivered by Google.

Please decide on permission to track (ATT) and on buying "Remove Ads" together with your child. With Family Sharing's "Ask to Buy", your child's purchases need your approval.

10. Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide, sell, or lend your personal information to third parties. Information collected in connection with ads is collected and used by Google itself, as described above.

11. International transfer

Google LLC and Vercel Inc. are located in the United States. Information they collect may be transferred outside Japan and handled under their respective privacy policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may change this policy as needed. If we do, we will post the updated policy and its last-updated date on this page.
